In this role, Collin has responsibility for providing comprehensive, strategic advisory services to clients in order to meet business objectives, operating requirements and financial goals. As a commercial real estate industry veteran of the Washington, D.C. metro, Collin has gained extensive experience in a broad range of commercial real estate services, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions portfolio management and build-to-suit transactions. His in-depth real estate experience, business background and relationships in the business community allow him to apply an effective, multi-disciplined approach to clients’ real estate and facility objectives.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Collin was a Vice President with public company Broad Street Realty, Inc. (BRST) where he specialized in representing financial institutions, start-ups, non-profits, associations, law firms and government contractors. He was previously a partner at The Genau Group, focusing on tenant leasing and acquisition assignments.
