Colton joined Commonwealth Commercial in 2019 as part of the Sales and Leasing team. Prior to stepping into a brokerage role, Colton worked at CoStar Group as a market research analyst of the Richmond and Hampton Roads markets, where he learned the local market and developed a passion for commercial real estate. He made the transition to sales and leasing in 2018, where he was hired as an associate with Harrison & Bates, Inc., which was formerly Colliers International. As First Vice President of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC, Colton primarily focuses on providing representation to Sellers/Landlords and Buyers/Tenants in the industrial and office market throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
