Mr. Martier is the Senior Vice President of Zeustra, where he has been a key driver of the company’s growth since joining in 2015. With a proven track record of over $1 billion in successful transactions, Mr. Martier has played an integral role in establishing Zeustra as a leading force in the real estate industry.
In his role, Mr. Martier is responsible for all aspects of property sales and acquisitions for Zeustra’s institutional clients. His expertise spans executing client business and investment strategies, overseeing financial and risk underwriting, and ensuring the smooth execution of due diligence and transactions.
Mr. Martier’s leadership and strategic approach have been instrumental in Zeustra’s success, consistently delivering outstanding results for clients across various sectors.
An alumnus of Penn State University, Mr. Martier holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy Administration. He also earned a Master’s of Professional Studies in Real Estate, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance, from Georgetown University.
