Cory came from Dunbar Commercial, where he refined his approach by utilizing empirical market data, in-depth locational knowledge, and innovative strategies to deliver exceptional results for his retail clients. He represents national and regional retailers in market entry and repositioning strategies.
He brings a motivated work ethic, high energy, and a collaborative spirit to our team and will work with Frank Volk and Matt Patros on select projects, further strengthening our retail capabilities in the region. Cory is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is an active member of ICSC.
