Cory DeLong began his commercial real estate career in 2010 achieving the coveted “Rookie of the year” award from the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors in his first 18 months. In 2012 Cory joined AREA Real Estate Advisors as Vice President launching the industrial division focused on growth and development, After a successful run of 11 years with AREA and pending his move to the Phoenix market, Cory joined the family firm of CK Real Estate Services as the Director of Leasing assuming the role of “Master Broker”. In 2024, Cory completed his relocation to Scottsdale and serves as the Senior Vice President at Cresa.
Cory directs the sale and leasing of industrial assets including local and national tenant representation and real estate investment with a focus on the Kansas City and greater Phoenix Metropolitan areas. Cory represents multiple successful corporations as their exclusive broker on a national level.
