An experienced business owner, Courtney has spent the duration of his professional career in commercial real estate investing, developing and brokering deals. With this knowledge in hand, he grew his career to encompass client management with a strong focus on tenant representation and land development.
Courtney began his career in brokerage as a Vice President of Development, overseeing more than 25 CVS development projects across New England. Branching out into franchising, he later became a multi-unit franchise owner for Marco’s Pizza throughout central Indiana. Expanding upon his experience, Courtney later partnered with ALO Property Group, a full-service brokerage company and then CBRE as a tenant retail advisor specializing in brokerage, development services and client management focusing on tenant representation and land development.
As a metaCRE partner, Courtney continues to build upon his tenant rep skills, representing Dollar Tree as they expand their footprint across Indiana and Noah’s Ark Self-Storage, whose focus is in tenant representation acquisition and development of self-storage facilities with the Midwest markets.
