Craig Morrow is the Senior Director of Property Management at BKM Management Company. In his role, Morrow is responsible for the oversight of BKM’s property management and property accounting teams to maximize operational and financial efficiencies across BKM’s expansive portfolio of light industrial assets. Morrow also supports the execution of the firm’s asset-level business plans, uniting all functions of property operations into one seamless strategic plan to best serve the needs of our partners and clients.
Morrow brings more than 15 years of property management and operations experience to this role, with special expertise in multi-tenant industrial parks. His passion for developing high-performing teams, cultivating strong customer service, and operational excellence is essential to the growth of BKM's Management Company.
