The Siphers family has been actively involved in the sale and development of Bitterroot Valley real estate since 1966. After graduating magna cum laude from Duke University, I returned to the Bitterroot Valley in 1984 to join the family business. Throughout my career, I've owned or been involved in successful businesses in real estate, insurance, financial services, oil and gas, log homes, and construction across Montana, North Dakota, Louisiana, and Arizona.
That broad business background allows me to approach every transaction with a strategic perspective that extends well beyond the traditional real estate sale. I've represented individuals, investors, and corporations in transactions that required creativity, careful analysis, and experienced negotiation. In addition, I've served as an expert witness in real estate litigation and have chaired condemnation and eminent domain proceedings, giving me valuable insight into complex property issues.
