Cris Karson was educated at The University of Ottawa and holds a B.A. with concentrations in Business and Geography. Cris is a Licensed Realtor and sales professional working with RE/MAX CORE and Metro City Property Group, and has been a member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario and the Ottawa Real Estate Board since 2010. Specializing in commercial real estate and multi-unit dwellings, Cris also has expertise in land development as well as the acquisition and sale of industrial and residential real estate. His previous employment includes 15 years of experience working with The Karson Group, a large civil construction company and aggregate producer. Advancing from general labor to heavy equipment operation, Cris ultimately became responsible for the company’s land use planning, environmental compliance and management of aggregate sales and production. In conjunction with his real estate sales profession, Cris is currently managing multi-residential construction projects, and raising capital for various other large developments.
