Mr. Currenn Lim is a native Houstonian and has lived here and watched Houston continually grow for over 25 years. He began his Real Estate career in 2015 after attending Southwest Texas State University finishing with a Bachelor's in Sociology and Associates in Business Management. Currenn started his career in Residential before switching to Commercial in 2019 primarily focusing on tenant representation, land acquisition, and market research. What he enjoys most about Real Estate is helping guide clients through Real Estate transaction process from beginning to end and building lasting relationships. Currenn brings his extensive market knowledge and attention to client's detail to the Black Label Team.
