Cynthia Byrd, the qualifying broker and owner of Ty Irby Realty & Development Co., a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI). Having been in real estate for over thirty years, I have become well acquainted with every facet of the industry. As a life-long resident of Mobile, I am very familiar with it as well as the surrounding areas.
