Dakota specializes in equity, debt and financing solutions for owners and investors of all commercial property types. Mr. Brown joined the firm in 2021 and initially served as a Financial Analyst before transitioning into a brokerage position.
Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Brown most recently served as an acquisitions and finance analyst for a private equity firm in Clearwater, where he assisted in securing financing and raised equity capital for the firm’s acquisitions and development projects.
He also has experience serving as a project accountant for Strategic Property Partners, focusing on financial reporting for billion-dollar master-planned developments in Tampa, Florida.
