Dan Crouse is a lifelong resident of Warren, he has been married to residential Realtor Darlene Mink-Crouse for over 20 years. A graduate of Howland High School and Youngstown State University, Dan has been licensed for more than 20 years as a sales agent and former owner of a real estate brokerage with his wife. He has served as the president of the Warren Area Board of Realtors twice, and was twice named Realtor of the year by his peers. Dan was actively involved in residential development and construction for over 8 years and has been very active in Warren city redevelopment; and served as a Warren City Councilman at Large for 2 years. Dan marketed and sold mostly residential properties until his business emphasis shifted in 2010. Bringing a wealth of marketing and sales experience, Dan combines innovative solutions with a solid business background to find common ground. With a vast knowledge of the Mahoning Valley’s assets, Dan can help identify solutions to buyers needs. After a history of working with Routh Hurlbert’s brokers to complete transactions, Dan joined the firm in 2011.
