As co-founder of Greenspring Realty Partners, Inc. Dan is responsible for sourcing new acquisition and development projects, overseeing the brokerage department, and facilitating new relationships. Dan brings a diverse blend of retail, industrial, flex, and mixed use project experience to GRP on both the brokerage and acquisition side.
Additionally, Dan actively represents a number of high profile Tenants in the Maryland market.
Dan was born and raised in Baltimore where he attended The Park School and received his BA from Goucher College. He resides in Baltimore County with his wife and two children.
