Prior to joining Thor Retail Advisors, Dan Harroch was Managing Director at PBS Real Estate specializing in strategic retail solutions with a focus on enhancing brand values and bottom-line. His expertise lies in site procurement/disposition both in New York City and internationally. Often times Mr. Harroch is called on to develop and implement complex retail strategies that are multi-city and in a variety of asset classes including luxury and high street storefronts, malls and outlet centers.
Mr. Harroch has worked closely with many retailers in their expansion across New York City, the greater United States, and internationally. Clients include: Levi’s, All Saints, Gant, Zara, Schutz, Arezzo, Caché, Track & Field, Tincati Milano, Benetton, Richard Mille, Sushishop, Payless Shoes, Highgate Holdings, Acadia Realty Trust, The Carlyle Group, Frey Wille, Paule Ka, Opera Gallery, Orianne Collins, Phillips De Pury, La Martina, Serafina and Citibank to name a few.
Mr. Harroch is a native of Monaco and has lived in Paris, Japan and China giving him a sophisticated knowledge of global business centers and strong high-level connections in the international fashion and retail industries.
He is a graduate of ISG Paris with a Masters in Business and Economics. He is fluent in both English and French and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Board of New York.
