Dan is a member Hunneman’s Capital Markets Group, specializing in the analysis, marketing, and sale of investment grade property. He has 24 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, with a focus on multifamily, office, and retail assets.
In the last 7 years Dan has been involved with over 110 sales transactions, worth over $500 million.
Recent highlights include the Boston portfolio sale of sixteen (16) buildings and 113 units in the Back Bay and Beacon Hill. The sale of a 30-unit apartment building at 94-108 Pearl Street in Cambridge. The sale of a 25-unit apartment and retail building at 3383 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain.
Dan is a licensed salesperson in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He earned his B.S. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
