With 28 years of real estate experience, Dan Young has built a reputation as one of Ohio's most trusted real estate professionals. Born and raised in Ohio, Dan has personally closed hundreds of transactions, led teams responsible for thousands of sales, and as a broker has overseen more than 10,000 real estate transactions throughout his career.
Today, Dan serves as the Ohio Broker for eXp Realty, providing leadership and guidance to agents across the state while continuing to help buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals.
Before real estate, Dan served as a Naval Intelligence Analyst, where he developed the strategic, data-driven mindset that sets him apart in the industry today. His passion for market intelligence, analytics, and proven systems allows him to help clients make confident decisions based on facts, trends, and opportunities—not guesswork.
Dan's experience spans residential real estate, commercial real estate, investing, brokerage leadership, and agent coaching. He is a Certified Buffini & Company Mentor, Sales Trainer, Licensed Ohio Minister, and holds a Master of Arts in Religion with a concentration in Leadership Studies and Pastoral Leadership.

Family is at the heart of everything Dan does. He and his wife have been married for 35 years and are proud parents of five children. His daughter, Miranda, serves as the team's buyer specialist and marketing expert, helping deliver exceptional service and results for their clients.
