With a deep family history rooted in homebuilding and design, Dana developed an early appreciation for the possibilities each home holds. Growing up in New York’s Capital Region, she was exposed to residential construction and design from a young age. After earning a degree in Architecture and gaining hands-on experience in interior, commercial, and medical design, Dana ultimately returned to her roots in residential real estate, helping clients buy, sell, and invest in homes across Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Schenectady counties.
As a licensed real estate broker, Dana noticed a common challenge: buyers often struggle to visualize a home’s potential, and sellers sometimes leave money on the table by skipping strategic updates or renovations. That inspired her to create Bundle It Home—a boutique service where clients receive a true partner, not just a salesperson. Dana provides honest advice, clear strategy, and creative problem-solving to make complex decisions doable and rewarding.
Dana has expanded her design services ranging from small renovations to high-end luxury projects, delivering value-driven results for every client.
Outside of real estate, Dana’s biggest blessings are spending time with her husband, their Irish Setter Huckleberry, and their families. She finds calm through movement and singing, being outdoors, hitting the golf course, and giving back to causes she cares about. . While helping clients navigate the real estate and renovation journey, she shows up with creativity, confidence, and care—a mindset that shapes everything she does, on and off the clock.
