Daniel Arends is a principal at Colliers, chairman of the National Law Firm Services group, and former chair of the National Tenant Advisor Council. He has exclusively specialized in tenant representation for his entire 30+ year career. His strengths are his deep relationships within Colliers and the Chicago market and his highly strategic approach and unrelenting negotiation style. In his career, he has completed more than 1,500 assignments totaling more than 12 million square feet of office space for many of Chicago’s leading companies and law firms.
