Dan Blackwell is an Executive Vice President with CBRE, where he advises apartment owners, family offices, private investors, lending institutions, and fiduciaries on the disposition of multifamily properties throughout Orange County. Since 2008, he has specialized exclusively in the Orange County multifamily market, completing more than $2 billion in transaction volume across more than 500 sales.
Dan advises clients on portfolio strategy, asset positioning, pricing, buyer targeting, negotiation, and transaction execution. Leveraging CBRE’s national platform, capital markets resources, debt and structured finance, and valuation capabilities, he develops customized sale strategies designed to maximize pricing, create competitive buyer demand, and align each transaction with the owner’s long-term investment objectives.
