Dan is the backbone of the Phoenix Berkadia team, using his ten years of multifamily experience to help clients in a multitude of offerings. Dan is the lead underwriter and financial analyst for the Phoenix Berkadia team, specializing in multifamily underwriting, renovation modeling, condominium analysis, and budget projections. He manages the team’s support staff, overseeing all aspects of brokerage and client relations, including asset analysis; current listings and escrows; research data; special projects; and escrow management. Along with assisting the team, Dan is also an expert on Maricopa County, with over 200 multifamily closings giving him the expertise and experience that meet our clients’ needs. Dan is at the core of the Phoenix team, helping to solidify its position as one of the top producing and client facilitating brokerage teams in all of Arizona. Prior to joining Berkadia in April 2009, Dan spent five years at Marcus & Millichap working on The Holway Group, one of the top producing multifamily brokers in the Phoenix Metro Area. He helped fuel the team to over 50 multifamily transactions in the Maricopa County, totaling over $450 million. Dan was promoted to senior transaction director in in 2006, a position in which he led the team in marketing and escrow management and developed the research arm for the team. Prior to real estate Dan was a secondary education major at ASU, completing his student teaching at Mountain Pointe High School in Ahwatukee, AZ. Dan resides in North Phoenix with his wife Leslie and his two daughters Isadora and Lenora.
