Previously he worked as a partner of Harris Associates for over 7 years, starting his career at Richard Susskind & Co building a strong reputation in the Central London office market.
Dan acts for a number of UK institutions and private property companies and has been directly involved in over £2.5 billion worth of UK commercial real estate transactions.
Dan is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
He began his career at Richard Susskind & Co, gaining expert knowledge in the London’s fastest growing market, the City Fringe. He was made an associate director at the tender age of 24 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2012.
Dan acts for a number of UK institutions and private prop co’s and has been directly involved in the disposal and acquisition of a wide range of commercial property investment and development transactions. He prides himself on his hard working and creative approach which was most recently notable in Dorrington’s £26.5m purchase of 12 Gough Square in the summer of 2016.
In February 2012, Dan was nominated for ‘Commercial property person of the year’ at the Norwood Annual Property Awards.
In his spare time, he is a keen footballer, golfer and a huge Spurs fan.
