Bio
As a President, Daniel is responsible for managing the company’s property management services, current and future development projects as well as complicated tenant improvement projects within the management portfolio. Daniel manages the day-to-day operations of Birtcher Anderson & Davis with oversite of the firms property management and accounting teams.
Daniel joined Davis Partners in 2007 and has actively managed over $200 million of ground up, major building renovation and tenant improvement projects at Davis Partners. Daniel’s real estate experience has included property management, asset management, acquisitions, development management and construction management throughout his tenure with Davis Partners and Birtcher Anderson & Davis.
Daniel is actively involved in the community, Daniel has served on the board of the NAIOP Young Professional Group and serves on a local non-profit’s (Casa Teresa) finance committee.
