Dan is co-leader of the Development Management Group for Zimmer Real Estate Services. Together with Bill Crandall, Senior Vice President, this diverse real estate consulting, development and project management practice provides service to corporate, institutional and investor clients. Dan had several primary responsibilities in the development management of the Sprint World Headquarters Campus for Zimmer. The five year project encompassed 4 million square feet of office space and amenities in 22 buildings, supported by 15 parking structures and 150 acres of site development. Current experience includes a range of consulting and project management assignments in financial analysis, incentives, budget and schedule management and public approval processes.
