Full asset life-cycle experience includes: Sourcing, analysis, and due diligence of potential real estate and business investments. Contract and legal document negotiations and evaluation expertise, including leasing, financing, construction, acquisition and disposition. Comprehensive asset and portfolio management, including tenant relations and third-party vendor administration. Knowledge of environmental remediation, including investigation and cleanup. Oversight of development entitlements, permit process approvals, and construction. Broad escrow, title, legal, brokerage, construction (plus architectural and engineering), finance and banking relations.
