Darlene M. Coder brings more than 30 years of marketing, business management, and commercial real estate experience to her clients throughout Wyoming and beyond. Throughout her career, she has worked with companies across the United States, managing operations, marketing initiatives, and business growth strategies in multiple states and markets.
In addition to her real estate expertise, Darlene has personally purchased, owned, renovated, and managed commercial properties. She has a passion for revitalizing underutilized and aging commercial buildings, transforming them into productive assets that contribute to community growth and economic development. Her experience includes identifying investment opportunities, improving property performance, increasing value through strategic improvements, and successfully repositioning properties for resale or long-term ownership.
Darlene has been actively involved with economic development organizations and community growth initiatives over the years, working alongside business leaders, property owners, and local stakeholders to strengthen communities and encourage sustainable economic growth. Her background provides a unique understanding of how commercial real estate impacts local economies, business development, and long-term investment success.
Her business experience extends well beyond real estate. Darlene has managed multiple business locations across several states and is highly proficient in business operations, financial analysis, profit and loss statements, budgeting, marketing strategy, and organizational management. Prior to joining Epique Realty, Darlene owned and operated her own real estate brokerage, where she developed a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and results-driven service. In 2025, she joined Epique Realty as the Wyoming Responsible Broker, where she oversees brokerage operations, compliance, agent support, and commercial real estate opportunities across the state.
Today, Darlene specializes in commercial properties, investment real estate, development opportunities, land acquisitions, and business-related real estate transactions. Her combination of marketing expertise, business ownership experience, financial knowledge, and hands-on commercial property ownership provides clients with a practical, real-world perspective that extends beyond a traditional real estate transaction.
