David joined WD Land in 2002 and specializes in land sales in southwestern Riverside County along the I-15 and I-215 corridors encompassing Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, French Valley, Winchester, Perris, Hemet and San Jacinto. He provides comprehensive advisory & brokerage services to landowners, lenders, investors, homebuilders and development companies operating in this major growth area of the Inland Empire
David has over 15 years of real estate brokerage, development and finance experience. Before joining WD Land, David was an associate for O’Donnell Atkins, another land brokerage firm based in Orange County, where he focused on facilitating relationships and negotiating transactions with equity and debt sources on behalf of clients to fund/finance residential development.
From 2000 to 2001, David was a senior software account manager for EZGov, Inc, where he spearheaded a marketplace for E-Government software services for state, county and local governments throughout CA, AZ & NM.
Prior to 2000, David served as a financial analyst for the Koll Company, a major California commercial and industrial developer, where he conducted asset valuations, return analyses and cash flow projections.
He was also an investment banking analyst with BancAmerica Robertson Stephens, where he focused on the firm’s real estate and technology groups and provided financial advisory services for such activities as IPOs, other equity/debt offerings and M&A.
