David J. Altman is a Managing Director of Investments with Marcus & Millichap’s National Hospitality Division. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Florida State University and a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics.
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality sector, David is recognized as an expert in hotel transactions and property analysis. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2012, he has successfully closed more than $500 million in hotel sales and has underwritten over $2 billion in hospitality assets across the United States.
