David has been active in the Kansas City Real Estate community for more than 30 years, and has negotiated leases on several million square feet of retail space. He has also closed several deals on large tracts of vacant land and directed all phases of development, acquisition, lease negotiations, city approvals, project financing and property management. He has extensive experience remodeling and repositioning shopping centers and enclosed malls.
Some of David’s other significant accomplishments include the planning, development and leasing of Benjamin Plaza, development of Metcalf Commons, and the acquisition of Heritage Square, Douglas Square and Wakarusa Crossroads. David has successfully leased all types of retail projects, from small neighborhood strip centers to enclosed regional malls.
