Dave Biancuzzo has over 11 years of experience in Commercial and Investment Real Estate in the Iowa City/Coralville/North Liberty areas. Dave's services include commercial and industrial sales and leasing, tenant representation, multifamily sales, commercial property management, receiverships and consulting.
He attended the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa, where he majored in Finance with coursework emphasized on entrepreneurship and new/small business management. Dave's combination of education and experience makes it easy for him to relate to both small business and private investor clientele.
Dave is in his third year on the board of Directors of the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors, currently serving as Treasurer. He is a 2008 graduate of the Iowa City Area Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership program, and member of the Iowa City Area Development Group. He serves or has served on the boards of various other non-profit and condominium owners associations. He lives in Coralville with his wife Hillary and son Nicholas. In his spare time, Dave enjoys fishing, reading, coaching youth sports, and attending Iowa Hawkeye sporting events.
