Bio
David Bloomstone is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at TD Securities and has over 30 years of multi-residential experience. He is responsible for the account coverage of the public and private multiresidential REITS, institutional owners and large private real estate companies.
Since joining TD in 2006, David and the Multi-Residential Property Brokerage team have been involved in over $10 billion of multi-residential transactions across Canada. The Real Estate Group at TD Securities is involved in four main business areas including investment banking, corporate banking, commercial real estate brokerage and corporate mortgage lending products.
David holds a BA in Economics from McGill University and an MBA with a specialization in Real Property from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a licensed realtor.
