Mr. Blumenfeld is the President of Cross Properties and is currently developing The Palmer Seminary located at City and Lancaster Avenue in Wynnewood, PA. His real estate development career spans over 25 year and includes both new construction and renovation projects for residential, retail, office, and mixed use. His experience includes apartments, condominiums, independent senior living community, student housing, mixed-use projects, office, and lifestyle properties. Mr. Blumenfeld has acquired and or developed 4 million square feet across all asset classes representing over $500 million in transactions/management which included a Real Estate Equity Fund conceived by Mr. Blumenfeld.
Mr. Blumenfeld is a member of the Pennsylvania and New York Bar, a member of the United States District Court and Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bar, and holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker's License. Mr. Blumenfeld earned his Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law.
