David Broome serves as Managing Director of Acquisitions with GID Industrial. Mr. Broome is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of industrial investments.
Prior to joining GID, Mr. Broome served as Managing Director of Industrial Investments at Colony Capital Inc. where he helped direct investment decisions and manage a team of acquisition professionals in growing the Colony Industrial Fund to over 60 million square feet. Prior to joining Colony Capital, David was a member of the management team at Cobalt Capital Partners, L. P. where he was Director of Investments for nearly ten years. Mr. Broome also held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and L&B Realty Advisors in Dallas, TX.
Mr. Broome received a BBA from the University of North Texas, is a licensed real estate salesperson, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) National Forums.
