Bio
David Cook is a Vice Chairman with Cushman & Wakefield. He brings more than 50 years of real estate experience to solving a broad range of his clients’ requirements. Mr. Cook specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial and investment real estate, and has been the Account Director for nine major corporations, assisting them with transaction management for their national or global portfolios.
In 1990, Mr. Cook joined Cushman & Wakefield where he rapidly became one of the company’s top brokers. He has completed more than 4,760 assignments valued in excess of $4.8 billion. Assignments Mr. Cook is involved in include: site acquisitions and dispositions, investment sales, industrial leasing, high-profile land sales, 1031 exchanges, and conventional and sealed bid sales. Since beginning his career in 1967, he has had extensive experience in the marketing and sale of land, including more than 1,550 transactions totaling over 205,000 acres valued at $3.1 billion.
