Bio
With over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, Dave offers clients deep market insight and expert representation. He has successfully completed more than 1,500 lease and sale transactions, totaling over 20 million square feet. Dave earned his Finance degree from Santa Clara University in 1981 and began his career in commercial brokerage that same year with BTS Brokerage. In 1988, he joined Colliers International, where he focused on the industrial market in Silicon Valley. He is thrilled to be a part of Kidder Mathews and looks forward to continuing to build on his client relationships. Dave lives in Willow Glen with his wife, Marilyn. They have three adult children.
