David Fite is one of the most accomplished and recognized retail and restaurant brokers in New Mexico, with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in retail, industrial, and land leasing and sales. His deep expertise and strategic insights make him a trusted advisor to clients, including publicly traded restaurant companies such as Brinker International (Chili’s/Maggiano’s), Raising Cane’s, Einstein Bros. Bagels and Outback Steakhouse.
Before transitioning to commercial real estate, David worked for one of the largest privately owned wine distributors in the Southwest, building strong, lasting relationships with restaurateurs. This unique background allows him to understand the intricacies of what makes a restaurant successful and to incorporate that knowledge into real estate negotiations. Known for his strong negotiation skills and powerful communication, David has earned multiple top producer and performance awards at NAI Maestas & Ward, Base 5 Retail, and King Capital.
Outside of work, David is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, mountain biking, hunting, and exploring the Southwest landscape.
