Mr. Green is Senior Vice President responsible for new business development in the Tampa office of JLL. With 25 years of commercial real estate experience, clients benefit from David’s accomplished background in needs assessment and solution implementation. Mr. Green brings considerable local market knowledge and expertise in complex deal structure to JLL’s Tenant Representation team. At JLL, Mr. Green has represented clients such as Aetna, Corinthian College McNichols Company, and Arcadis. NAIOP awarded Mr. Green with Broker Deal of the Year Award while representing Walter Industries in the relocation of their headquarters. David was awarded the Tampa Bay Business Journal Land Deal of the Year Award for completing a highly complex redevelopment land deal for Walter Industries in the Westshore Business District. Mr. Green is a past Pinnacle Award winner as one of Tampa’s Top 5 Office Brokers of the Year.
