David Healy is an Executive Vice President in JLL’s Philadelphia office. David delivers exceptional services and solutions to owners, occupiers and investors. With experience in both tenant representation and agency leasing, he minimizes costs and optimizes efficiency for tenants and provides owners with market expertise to maximize their return on investment.
David has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in the Philadelphia area market. David began his career in 1996 with the Jackson Cross Company as a leasing broker in the Pennsylvania suburbs. During his 5 year employment, David’s team was responsible for over 2.5 million square feet of leasing. With the purchase of Jackson Cross by Insignia/ESG and subsequently CBRE, he relocated to the CBD and became a Vice President and completed approximately 3.0 million square feet of leasing transactions. David joined JLL in 2003 where he has helped secure over 6.5 million square feet of landlord assignments and completed over 3.5 million square feet of tenant representation transactions. David’s clients range from small start-ups such as USA Technologies and Optinose to major financial institutions such as Lombard International and international healthcare firms such as Cello. Furthermore, David has represented many local firms and nonprofits such as Exude and FPRI.
