Dave along with his partner, BJ Bhal, the team specializes in the seniors housing, healthcare, hospitality and multifamily sectors across Canada. Together, they have represented many of the largest players in the seniors housing sector and completed more than $100 million in transactions.
Kalinowsky prides himself on building strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted real estate advisor. His areas of focus include the acquisition and disposition of existing assets or development land, site selection and evaluation, and financial underwriting.
Kalinowsky joined Newmark after leading the national seniors housing practice at Cushman & Wakefield alongside Bhal. He is very active within the industry, regularly attending industry conferences and constantly building his network of third-party consultants in the lending, planning and legal fields to better assist his clients.
