David Lanterman is Head of Asset Management for Brookfield Properties' hospitality business and a Managing Director in Brookfield's Real Estate Group. In this role, he oversees asset management and capital projects across Brookfield's North America hospitality portfolio. Before joining Brookfield in 2025, Mr. Lanterman was with White Lodging, a developer, owner, and operator of hospitality assets, where he held successive leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company's hospitality portfolio. Prior to joining White Lodging in 2013, he spent 10 years with Winegardner and Hammons Hotel Group in multiple leadership positions, including as general manager, where he was responsible for hotel operations, financial management, sales leadership, and human resources.
