David Littwitz has been an active participant in all phases of retail and shopping center commercial real estate since 1981. A licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over 30 years, David has been involved in leases and sales involving over $ 250 million in property valuations during his career.
Over the past 30+ years, David has held various real estate managerial positions with such national firms as Lomas & Nettleton, Trammell Crow Company, Mobil Oil, Shell Oil, Motiva and 7-ELEVEN.
Most recently, David has focused his energy and talents on guiding his restaurant clients through the maze of issues needed to expand their businesses in the metro Houston, Texas marketplace. He is proud to have assisted some of his restaurant clients to open 8,000 - 12,500 SF locations. Opening a restaurant is but one part of the real estate cycle. Successful operation is another. Several of David’s restaurant clients have successfully operated restaurants in the metro Houston area with sales ranging from $7 million to $10 million.
