David Nicholson, Senior Vice President of Sales and Leasing, joined Bennett Williams in 2017.
David has 30 years of experience in the retail brokerage industry. His areas of expertise and primary focus are tenant representation and Landlord leasing. He’s been active with retailers through most of his career in the Midwest and southeast.
He has represented retailers such as Pier 1, Francesca’s, White House Black Market. He currently represents Starbucks in Central Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He is also the exclusive broker for Primanti Bros. in Central Pennsylvania.
He is the exclusive broker for MOD Pizza and Miller’s Ale House in southern Virginia.
David is an active member of the ICSC for which he attends all northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and national conventions every year.
David resides in Williamsburg, VA. David’s account base extends from the Northeast down to the Mid-Atlantic.
