David is the President of the San Antonio office of Weitzman, in charge of the company's South Texas Division. He joined the company in 1991 when he co-founded the San Antonio office. He has been involved in the development of over 3,000,000 square feet of shopping centers and over 7,000,000 square feet of brokerage transactions valued at nearly $2 billion. He has completed deals with many of the nation's finest retailers, restaurants, and developers. David has been Weitzman's Top Producer numerous times, and he is the firm's All-time Top Producer. He is consistently named among the top commercial brokers in San Antonio by The San Antonio Business Journal.
David started in the Real Estate profession with Trammell Crow Company. During his tenure at Trammell Crow Company, David shared development and acquisition responsibilities for over 1 million square feet, including the Moore Plaza Shopping Center, one of the state's first premier power centers.
