David Rowley has 25 years of experience in the Southern California commercial real estate market specializing in asset management, property management, leasing, construction management, development and acquisitions. David focuses on leveraging Stream’s Investor resources and talent for the benefit of clients in the Greater LA Region including Orange County, Inland Empire and Los Angeles markets. He is a proven leader with a hands on, ownership-minded approach and a proven track record of producing results for institutional and private clients. Prior to joining Stream, David worked at Newmark Knight Frank where he served as the Regional Director of Management Services for Southern California resposible for business development, operations, recruitment and overall service delivery. David also served as Managing Director at Colliers aligning the companies Investor resources with client needs throughout the West Coast.
