Mr. Schattner joined AV Properties in October 2015. Mr. Schattner focuses on business development, acquisitions and tax issues. Prior to joining AV Properties, Mr. Schattner held the position as a Senior Tax Consultant at Grant Thornton LLP™, focusing on tax issues pertaining to real estate companies, trusts and estates, and privately held companies. Mr. Schattner received his law degree, cum laude, from Fordham Law School in 2013.
