As the founder of Atlantis Properties, David spearheaded transformative developments such as Plum Creek—a 2,200-acre master-planned community near Austin—and co-developed the 350-acre Met Center Phase II business park. His leasing portfolio includes millions of square feet negotiated on behalf of clients like Progressive, VA Financial Services, and CyrusOne. While based in Amsterdam, he also led the acquisition of retail and banking sites across Europe, further expanding his international footprint.
