David's career began in 1978 as a residential investment agent. After two years, he became a developer/investor in DC properties. From 1982-1988 he worked as a commercial real estate agent specializing in the sale of shopping centers and apartment communities. After obtaining his Brokers License in Maryland, he founded Woodmont Properties II, LLC.
