David has over 15yrs of real estate experience having worked in acquisitions, construction, leasing, and management of properties in NY & CA. For over 7yrs David served as a property manager for rental buildings, condos, and coops throughout NYC. Having worked closely with landlords and coop/condo boards allows him to give his clients a unique perspective. As a Salesperson David is intent on going out of his way to provide the highest quality of service. In 2018, David formed together with Rolan Sereny, the Sereny&Soltero team, enabling them to offer the best luxury sales and leasing programs to their clients.
