David brings a dynamic spectrum of experience to my business. He has a background in residential construction while employed as an Assistant Site Foreman for a large volume low-rise home builder in Brampton. He managed his own business in the service industry for almost 30 years and a property portfolio with industrial and residential properties too. More Recently he has managed two sales offices for a large volume low-rise home builder in the Toronto and Aurora areas as well as served on new home sales teams in the Kleinberg, Brampton, Bradford, Richmond Hill, Whitby and other areas. He has sold/leased properties from Downtown Toronto to Haliburton and he works with commercial clients. He specialize with serving seniors and took a negotiating course with Stitt Feld and Handy Group. He has served as Director on two Boards one a national Board in the Service sector and another Board for a private Ski Club and he also co-chaired and was the Treasurer for a high school in Forest Hill. He is a family oriented individual. He has a passion for Alpine Skiing and race competitively in FIS Masters and joined the Canadian Masters Alpine Team CMAT 2020-2021 and The International Masters Academy IMA. He recently placed 21st overall in the world standings in my age category FIS A6. He is currently the Ontario Representative for Alpine Canada Masters.
