Our mission is to provide comprehensive real estate services that cover all aspects of the industry for our clients. Our services include representing sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
My journey in real estate began during the challenging period of the 2009 downturn. I initially focused on managing and negotiating complex loan modifications and short sale transactions, assisting distressed homeowners and sellers. As the market gradually recovered, my attention shifted towards helping those engaged in more traditional real estate transactions.
During this journey, we established Oak Canyon Property Management, a firm specializing in
full-service property management. We handle properties on a short-term, mid-term, and long-term basis, catering to diverse client needs.
Today, we have the capability to offer comprehensive services across the entire real estate spectrum, regardless of the task at hand. Our extensive experience and tools enable us to provide our clients with a multi-faceted perspective on their real estate assets, ensuring they are positioned effectively to achieve their long-term goals.
